About Me

Hani is a painter and image-maker. Hani has been formally trained in classical painting methods by his father from the age of five. Hani studied painting and printmaking at RMIT.

Hani is fascinated by the immediacy of the mark and tactile painterly expression. The artist exploits abstraction and is proponent to the practice of automatism. He finds strange beauty in portraying painterly gestures, disregarded or found objects within the painting surface.
